Mohanlal Next 3 releases in 100 Days
It is going to be a crucial 100 days for the remaining of 2011 for Mohanlal. The actor has three films coming up for release – Sneha Veedu (September 30), Arabiyum Ottakavum P Madhavan Nairum (November 4) and Casanova (December 16).

In all the three films he plays solo hero and has responsibility to make it work at the box-office, at a time when he is going through a bad patch.
These days only his multi-starrer’s (Christian Brothers & China Town) seems to be doing well at the box-office.
Mohanlal needs a solo hit to reassert that he is still a force at the box-office.
Coming up on September 30 is Sathyan Anthikad’s Sneha Veedu, a film where he plays an ordinary man. It should work as Sathyan is the director who had created his “ordinary man image” some 30 years back through films like TP Balagopalan and Gandhi Nagar Second Street.
The man who understands Mohanlal the best is his best buddy Priyadarsan. They are coming back after seven years with Arabiyum Ottakavum P Madhavan Nairum on November 4. Mohanlal once again plays a humorous character in the film which has potential to be a hit.
Finally at the end of the year Mohanlal will have another mass entertainer in Roshan Andrews directed Casanova, scheduled as Christmas release on December 16.
Roshan and the star have earlier given the super hit Udhayanaanu Tharam. Now will the magic work again?
Mohanlal as a solo hero has to give a super hit with one of these films to remain the numero uno star in Malayalam. So the next 100 days is very crucial for the actor.
